Ingredients:
- 1 cup Leite condensado
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Dark cocoa
- 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
Instructions:
Cook brigadeiro
1. Combine condensed milk, cocoa, butter in a pot and mix until starts to unstick from pot
Form the squares
2. Place the brigadeiro in a baking non stick sheet, and spread to cool down to warm.
Once warm, mix in the broken Goya biscuits.
Flatten into a big rectangle, 1 inch tall.
Place in fridge for 30 minutes
Remove from fridge, coat both sides with powered sugar.
Cut into 2 inches squares
